4. If the pool and rooftop deck had been open (this is afterall a major amenity that is advertised on their website) and had some of their staff been a little friendlier, my review would have been for four stars.

5. The fact that the pool was not available for the duration of our stay was a major letdown for me, as I love to swim and I was really looking forward to some relaxation on the deck and some amazing views.

8. The indoor pool on the roof was awesome, the only bit that got me worried was when we went up to the sun deck and looked over I expected at least a safety fence or a ledge but there was none so it freaked me out a bit with my kids.
