1. You walk in and are greeted by a delightful reservation agent, it's not stuffy and snobby it's pleasant and warm, it feels like you have just arrived in Ireland.

2. We were in a 'snug' room which was ample space for 2 people and had all the amenities needed: hairdryer, coffee maker, whirlpool tub, walk in shower & separate area for the toilet.
