1. We chose the hotel based on location, reviews and pics, plus better rated hotels near JFK area such as Sheraton and Courtyard are not precisely kid friendly…Outstanding staff, from hotel manager to cleaning lady, they were all friendly and willing to help with any matter.

3. Manager couldn't care less, even though we had a booking, so had to get the local phone book and ring around ourselves.
