My husband and I really enjoy our vacations in NY city in this hotel, is really nice, almos new , and beauty,the room was very clean and the bed comfortable, the suttle is really good option to move , and is free, for the airport La guardia and for the 33street subway , but if you lose the suttle or if you want to spend more time in the life of the city, dont worry the hotel is only 5 blocks from the station of the subway(33 st) you can walk if you want, is really safe my husband and I did it, several times , of if you want to take a taxy from the subway to the hotel is for 6 or 7 dollars.

3. This hotel is not that far from Manhattan, rooms are very neat and clean, they serve very good complementary breakfast.

6. I had left my mouth guard in the bathroom of our hotel room, when we arrived back in California (same day), I immediately called the hotel and explained the predicament and the fact that I would pay all costs to have it mailed back to me as the guard cost nearly $400.

7. If they throw whatever you leave in a room away, they should clearly state as such.

8. I was given the number to housekeeping and told to call back, I called housekeeping 3 different times, I gave our room number and was told "we don't have it" that was the end of the conversation.
