4. We double checked with the concierge the next day that the shuttles to JFK did leave every 30 minutes so we made sure we were waiting in the hotel lobby 20 minutes prior to the next shuttle departure time.

5. This was the most badly managed aspect of the hotel as the shuttle didn't turn up for another hour & after a larger shuttle was arranged to transport all the waiting hotel guests, it was found to have a flat tyre.
