3. But the staff was great and helpful with any questions and there was always coffee in the breakroom, along with hot water, tea bags, etc. The hotel is very close to the train so transportation was a breeze.

9. The front desk staff was interesting in the fact that when we lost our key and asked for another one they just gave it to us without checking our id or asking our names.
