1. old place but very clean and well maintained; typical breakfast but "dining room" needs new sliding glass doors; staff were always helpful and cheerful;location on beach and near restaurants and shops (including grocery store) is great; pool was nice, heated, but needed a little cleaning at rims; kitchenette was very convenient and very clean---altogether a very good value.

4. It is right on the beach; although they only had a few rooms with actual beach views, we did have a view of the swimming pool.
