1. I replied, asking for further info - especially on the ever-present hawaiian cleaning fee (pretty much every B&B in Hawaii charges it), and he was very rude in his reply, saying something like 'these are the conditions, if you don't like it, then fine'.

2. Americans sometimes do not realize that the rest of the world does not use acronyms as much as they do, and the owner could have been more careful and write an e-mail the rest of us could understand.
