1. We had 2 oceanfront rooms and 1 oceanfront suite, so were paying a nice bit of money to stay here, boy was I shocked to find out the guests staying across the street at their MUCH CHEAPER 'sister' hotel had access to all the amenities at the Courtyard.

8. Only complaint and would like to hear from others WHY do you stay at a hotel that is supposed to be smoke free when you are a smoker and cannot even manage to not smoke on the SMOKE FREE balconies.
