You can't get by without air conditioning on most days, and in the winter, it does get cold enough for the
heater

We ourselfes problably set off one of the alarms and it was because we didn't follow the staff instructions on how to turn on the
heater
, not the A/C.

Again, she seemed entirely unconcerned, and said that it happened every time the AC or room

was turned on, because it caused a fault in the electricity.
