3. Very happy with service - our flight was delayed two days due to a hurricane and they didn't charge us any additional extra, and when our flight finally did arrive at 12am, they didn't have a shuttle close by so called a cab so we didn't have to wait long.

4. Also, as of July 1, 2008, Best Western Customer Service HQ had no information about the existence of this hotel--hence the difficulty of finding this hotel.

5. Finally, the promised 'free wifi' is spotty in its service to all parts of the hotel: my room, at the opposite side of the property`s wireless router, had little to no wifi.
