1. While certainly not disastrous, this was a disappointing experience: 1) Front desk was understaffed, harried and confused; 2) One of the electronic door keys didn't work; 3) They subsequently issued one of our rooms to someone else, who tried to enter the room in the middle of the night; 4) The quality of the rooms was so-so; seen better days; 5) Continental breakfast barely satisfying, with little variety.
