The room I was moved to when I complained suffered from the following: (1) the toilet only partially flushed; (2)furniture scratched and worn; (3) no clothes closet, (4) short bars for hanging clothes directly over the oversized night stand next to the bed, use of which was impaired by the large shade on the bedside lamp; (5) bath sink pitted, scatched and worn; (6) two full minutes to adjust water temperature in shower; (7) no food or beverage service, no desk attendant on two occasions; (8)no TV listing guide, lousy reception; (10)wife called 6 times in the morning, and room phone never rang; only on checkout did desk clerk say, "Oh, your wife called this morning.
