5. This absolutely did not impact our stay, and I would recommend the hotel even to my picky business associates; however, management needs to pick up the pace in the rooms (public areas looked great).

7. It was 3:30 p.m. I wasn't in my room until almost 4 p.m. I would have called from the hotel and ensured my reservation and that it was being cleaned and prepared had I known this.
