1. The cost was not that much higher than other places, quite reasonable, and to experience it all in such a beautiful location was so worth it.
"Best Spa and Hair Salon - Highly recommended " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/10/2012 Vote
2. The hotel was running an excellent offer of a $100 resort credit per night and although the price for our suite was costly I felt that the offer would help defray the cost of our food.

4. You will be greeted by vallet parking which does cost $20 per day so see if you can have this added as a free extra when Booking, it was included for me which helps cost wise but also with the storms which can occur during the summer it is very welcoming and appreciated.

5. Far superior to the Disney 'luxury' properties, at comparable cost or less.

9. This left about 35 min at most for a 50 min massage that cost $180, and at the end I got tap water to drink instead of the much-hyped blueberry flavored 'special' drink called Wisdom.
"Spa was a rip-off! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/25/2012 Vote
10. The staff in the hotel were always courteous, but they generally seemed inexperienced, and there were repeated minor mistakes in the service - e.g. housekeeping didn't replace certain towels and glasses when cleaning the room, too few staff at the pool area, valet service simply forgetting to get the car, long waits to get an answer on the guest services phone line, etc. The pool area is nice enough, but there weren't enough umbrellas for shade, and while there were a number of shaded cabanas, these were booked out in advance to people for the entire day (at what I understand was an exorbitant cost) so they were off-limits to other guests.
"Nice hotel but has some negatives " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/16/2012 Vote
