3. Upon arrival, in time to see the door man slamming shots and puking in the ashtray, having to come up with $200 apiece for a deposit no one seemed to mention, and watching another customer go wild on the staff for closing the 'all inclusive' bar early, we got to are quite shabby rooms.

4. The room had a smell of sewage, no hot water in the morning, had to go to the lounge for ice, dangerous steps leading to the beach, the entertainment was below average.

7. I was assured that after paying them an astornomical amount for flight taxes and an additional $150 to get our ticket to come back on a day later, I would get my tickets no later than Friday at 4 pm.

10. If I had to choose between them I would choose the Costa Real even though they had less resturaunts there was no time stress on making reservations or when you have to eat by.
