1. If what you really value is a staff of hundreds at your beck and call, room service at midnight, an exercise room in the building, and so forth, then the Inn isn't going to be for you.

2. And although I had to deselect a fitness room, business center, or room service from the listed amenities present and considered by TripAdvisor, I'd be remiss to not add that should you want any of those things, well, don't think the staff incapable of making them happen.
