The sheets / pillows / comforter didn't smell like cheap detergent, my room still had a new room smell, the shower water got so hot you could boil an egg, the AC unit was new and over sized for the room and ran smooth and sounded new / nice, flat screen tv, new furniture, faux granite counter top in the bathroom, carpet looked new, etc etc etc..

2. The bed is very comfortable and has a beautiful bed cover and sheets that stay on the bed.
