1. i paid cash, was certainly unsatisfied and I was not issued a refund and was called racist names by the GM, who has never even met me.

2. Our only small quibble would be that although we had paid for the(non refundable) night in the Memphis hotel and we were distressed travellers with documentation from the airline to prove this, we were not allowed the distressed rate.
