1. I stayed at the Non Smoking 3rd floor , the room is big , well kept and felt clean, even the bath tub has non-slip surface, shower was great, strong.

3. The hallway floors were unfinished cement/glue (evidently in process of renovations,) toilet seats stained with cigarette burns, showers/tubs were icky, the rooms and restrooms were stinky and downright dirty feeling.

4. Our bathtub was probably clean but still did not look clean enough for my fiancee to take a bath w/o 1st laying a towel down in the bottom of the tub where dirty feet had obviously been.
