5. I left a small bag in the registration office upon check-in and didn't notice it was missing until the next morning following check-out.

6. There's an office on the 4th floor (no elevator either) where you check in, but it's closed from 11am - 3pm, so you can't check-in or even enter the building for the first time if you arrive in the late morning or early afternoon (after you check-in you can enter with your key).
