was back at this hotel after a couple years and I would like to point out that Jerry who is the reservation or front desk

has been a welcome constant at this hotel, made my reservation through him and was also checked in as well by him.

got off the phone and informed us that, since Orbitz didn't charge us the additional amount for more than 2 people in the room (even though our Orbitz bill clearly showed that it was for 4 people), the hotel was going to charge us MORE.
