2. It actually had food that contain protein- hard boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt, peanut butter, self made waffles, lots of fresh fruit (whole oranges, apples, bananas, etc) oatmeal, cerals, etc.CONS- My 'discount' rate was very high- $179/night.

3. We were able to get a fairly decent Expedia rate for a two queen bed room, which was very spacious and included a separate sitting area with couch, double sinks in the bathroom, a fridge, and packets of good quality coffee (this is Seattle).
