8. The most annoying thing about the entire situation was that the hotel manager gave me the phone number to the corporate office as I had requested and I called to make the complaint only to be told that it is privately owned hotel.

9. After several frustrating phone calls to my bank and the hotel manager Nadeem, it took about a week to get it all sorted out and as you can imagine it affected alot more than just the over draft fees, my account was tied up and it was truly a mess.
