4. The housekeepers either need more time or a kick in the butt as there was a lot of dust (look at the wine bottles) and the grout in the shower/tub could use a good bleaching.

10. As a Starwood Platinum member, I was upgraded to a suite which had a huge living room area and large jacuzzi tub in the bathtub among other extras.
