1. In end we kept our arrangnement, which was providing rooms on the same floor (which mattered to us)Additionally the concierge, Colin, provided excellent directions and recommended an excellent affordable restaurant for our budget.

2. Every person that we ran into on staff from the front desk to valets to housekeeping, restaurant, concierge, gift shop, etc. were very friendly and seemed glad that we were staying at the Edgewater and were all helpful when needed.

8. The concierge at the hotel was GREAT and took special care of me when I needed to find the bar my husband and brother hunkered down at and he even delivered me safely to the door.
