1. they offer valet parking at $22 per night which adds to the cost, but it's the same all over seattle whre finding 'free' parking is a nightmare no matter where you go.

As I pulled into the driveway, I was greeted by a very friendly bellman or valet parker (not sure) anyway, he told me the cost of parking onsite (which I think was $25) and said I could park for free on the street (as it was a Saturday evening) so he proceeded to direct traffic and help me back out onto the street and into a spot.
