1. The breakfast stand has good food but is somewhat confusing with items not clearly priced.

4. It's not really very close to downtown (maybe a 10 minute drive on the I-5) but it's situated in a really great part of the U District, 4 blocks away from University of Washington and a short walk away from University Ave where there are funky little stores and food places.

6. Parking was great, room was clean and very nice, location is great, fresh baked cookies everyday, food excellent, our two year old loves the place, kid friendly etc..

7. The wine, food, and surrounding ambiance was wonderful and the guests that were there during our stay seemed to enjoy the experience every bit as much as we did.

8. There isn`t all that much around the hotel to walk to with the exception of Mamma Melena`s up the street (excellent Italian food in a very relaxed setting with superb service).
