We waited until 1:00 p.m. and finally the bellman asked the
front desk
what we were waiting for and when they told him - he gladly asked us to come with him which we did.

staff when the next one would be available the reply was 12:30p.m. That time came and went still no shuttle.

staff not smiling or you're between two highways so if you wake up, good luck getting back to sleep.
