1. We got a special deal where we got upgraded to an ocean view room, got a free rental car, and parking included so if such deals are available, I highly recommend it.

5. I asked the question when I noticed alot of the cars in the parking lot without the receipt attached to the dash like we were instructed.

6. Instead of sending someone to help us, we were asked to come down and get another key and had a long walk to a new room overlooking the parking lot, although in daylight it became apparent that there was a partial ocean view, so it's possible that it was considered an upgrade.
