1. The hotel personnel remained very professional under difficult circumstances and kept us apprised of activity options - and more importantly, options that were closed due to the circumstances.

2. The only complaint I have is that I could still hear activity in the main lobby (I was on the 2nd floor) even after 11pm, when I had to go to sleep.
