3. After learning that I was pretty much out of luck of getting a room with in 20 miles of downtown I was stairing out the windo in despair and in broad daylight there were drug dealers standing in 'Bull Pen', a bar adjacent to the hotel, parking lot running a drive up operation.

4. I've been to Paris many times; but, have never stayed near the Opera and the hotel was very affordable and quiet and all within great shopping, attractions and bars/dining (Harry's Bar is across the street).
