1. In my opinion, the breakfast was pretty good with muffins, pastries, bread, bagel, coffee, juice and fresh fruits - enough to get you going in the morning and considering the food prices in Kauai, you can easily save $8-$10/person per day for such breakfast.

2. There are fridges in the rooms, good size to pack your favourite protein items, drinks, ic cream etc.Also Costco has organic milk and The Papaya Store in Kapaa is wonderful place to stock up on food and even get some of the cooked food they prepare daily.

4. We found the morning fresh fruit and muffins plenty to keep us going until our large meal of the day, lunch, dinners are quite a bit more money and not that much different in quantity of food.

5. So if you like to stay in this hotel- get some ear plugs, stock pile your fridge with your favourite food and you will be fine.
