1. I think it is quite commendable that on such short notice, Kalaua and her excellent staff were able to put our event together in a matter of days, and the participants expressed their positive experiences on our evaluation forms.

6. Angie, Carlos, Margot, Krista, Melissa, The drivers, Room Attendants, the Food service staff, and Hector, who all consistantly strive to make mundane business travel a little more home-like in a clean, friendlyand safe facility.

7. Upon arrival (around 1:00 am) we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff, promptly and efficiently checked in.

8. The rooms are large and confortable, the staff is normally very professional, the free breakfast (although limited in choices) is always good, and the happy our manager reception of a light supper and free beer and wine can't be beat.
