5. Our check-in process was a breeze - for some reason the express kiosk wouldn't let me check in, but I think that was because my room was pre-paid and the hotel needed an open credit card for incidental expenses.

7. Never had to check in first before being able to access the car park but you have to here, payable $10.

8. If check in/out is busy they have machines where you can check in/out but I didn't try this.
