1. Situated at the quiet end of Washington Ave close to the South Pointe park area, with bars, restaurants and Miami Beach marina all easily walkable.

Typical of boutique hotels, the foyer is small with no business facilities - yet I found eating breakfast over the counter at the little bar tucked in the corner was a great way to start the morning, chatting to William and his excellent staff while the adorable Bailey lazed curled up in the corner.

Great location - within walking distance of Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park, banks, pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, bars, bus - you dont really need a car if all you want is accommodation on SoBe and have no intention of going anywhere else apart from the airport - which is 15-20 mins away on 395 / 195.

9. Only a couple of blocks walk to Ocean Drive and all the beach, bars etc. We would echo the 'thin walls' comment made by another guest - we could hear some of our neighbours across the hall getting down to some serious lurve making.
