We didn't use the business center or in-room printing, but someone from the front desk did help me print out our boarding passes for the next day on a nifty machine in the
lobby
(not too technology savvy-ha ha).

The rooms overlooking the indoor pool can be a little noisy because of the
lobby
bar by the pool.

We chose not to use the Swimming pool (really bad location/tiny) because it was located right next to the Bar (all open & connected to swimming pool) & close to the
Lobby
w/ everyone looking at you & we felt uncomfortable walking by wedding parties & seminars w/ our Swimsuits.
