9. All rooms can request microwave for additional $10, but I managed to get mine no charge since they didn't have any king beds that my reservation was for - wound up with 2 doubles.

10. other than that, they don't charge you for the room when you 'reserve' the room in advance, they charge you $15 per night to park your car YOURSELF, the elevator wait is VERY LONG, the noise level is loud all night long, the cleaning lady knocked on the door way before check out time, and the alarm was set for 5:30am and woke us up.
