1. They said they would have the front desk bring by an internet cable, but about 10 minutes later the front desk called and said that they did not have any cables and that I could check back the next day.

2. That said, the tv remote didn't work, the cable for the tv was run under a door, the grounds were poorly maintained by the parking lot and a couple lights in the room didn't work (one worked once I plugged it back in).
