mold in bathtub, never restocked with toilet paper without asking, etc. (4) The

to the Metro was nice, but one never knew if it would take 5 minutes or an hour for service; very different than the promised 15 minutes.

When we tried to make
shuttle
reservations we were told by hotel staff that we could not make a reservation because they didn't know what Thomas' schedule was (the guy who drives the
shuttle
) & if he wasn't making a
shuttle
run to the metro at the time that we wanted to go then they didn't want him to have to make a special trip for just 2 people to the metro.

metro had to be made 12 hours in advance by a member of the hotel staff.
