5. When we tried to make shuttle reservations we were told by hotel staff that we could not make a reservation because they didn't know what Thomas' schedule was (the guy who drives the shuttle) & if he wasn't making a shuttle run to the metro at the time that we wanted to go then they didn't want him to have to make a special trip for just 2 people to the metro.
