1. There is a hotel computer for customer use - it is connected to a printer, and at no charge you can print your eticket, itiinerary, etc. That was a real convenience for us.

2. I have stayed at hotels that were over $250 a nt, and they had the nerve to charge $9.95 a day for internet.
