1. The courteous and polite front desk staff printed out directions to the airport and as they predicted, it was only a 15 min relatively non-stressful drive to the car rental return and the terminal & that was in early morning traffic.

3. Staff was friendly, but the front desk didn't have a clue how much driving time it would take to get to places such as Palo Alto, etc. They do have great recommendations of restaurants within walking distance.
