5. You can see the bay from some of the rooms, there is an Elephant Bar and an El Torito right next door but beware these places were packed with hour long waits during the weekend.

Too many massive conventions at the Hyatt clogging the elevators [in one case we had to wait in the bar on Christmas eve over 45 minutes for the eleavators to clear of convention gowers - delays in bellman luggage delivery for over 40 minutes [we were only 1 of 2 luggage deliveries on that cart - , ever increasing rates, and finally the $*/day for Hyatt self parking in the on-site garage and we had had enough of Hyatt Gold.

9. This really is an "European-style hotel" -- only four floors, windows that can be opened to the outside (about 8 inches) for fresh air, traditional decor, tea/coffee urns available in afternoon/evening on 1st floor, frequently replenished buffet breakfast, no noisy bar/lounge.
