Drawbacks: room must have been 95 degrees at 7PM check-in and wouldn't cool off until morning; shower head is only shoulder height; bed was very hard; 1+" gap under entry door; ice machine not working first day; desk staff seemed preoccupied and yet did meet my needs, and checkout person was downright unfriendly, but still I didn't go there to make a friend of her.
