The hotel facilities are pretty new and the service is really good considering this is not a luxury resort, the people at the frontdesk were cordial and helpful, the complementary breakfast was really good and there was always some one checking the food making sure to replace whatever was running low.

3. The hotel staff did any dirty dishes we left each day, which was great, and they offer a free grocery shopping service that we would have used if we had known about it sooner.

We really enjoyed the services and amenities that this hotel provided us with, but we were not entirely impressed with how we were received/welcomed the first day, and also, we now are finding out that possobly this hotel did not mail out some postcards that we specifically asked them to and payed them for stamps to do so.
