The hotel presentation is beautiful along with the desert background,amazing staff & service,but a 5 star resort should not be cutting back on amenities to save money!we had to change rooms in the hotel as our a/c was not working well,only to find out all the air conditioners have the tempetures regulated,although the thermostat said 66 it would not go below 78 in the room & all the hotel was set at 78 degrees, In the middle of the desert it was 108 outside.
