As for the room, you could see the outside walkway/daylight when the room door was closed & locked, the toilet was running when we arrived and didn't shut off until handle was jiggled after every flush, we didn't notice the dirty towels hanging in the bathroom until the next morning when we needed to use them.

2. We had booked our room on [----] and when we arrived, the man at the front desk was discouragedbecause the reservation was made in a smoking room with one bed and we had requested two full beds in a non smoking room.

3. Running the air for a while helped and I actually had to check out within 5 hours of arriving but that was due to a family emergency.
