1. (my solution for the duration of my stay) One more suggestion, free wireless is great but consider a secure network with the password at the front desk upon check in like the Hampton Inn does.

2. At least put a sign in the fitness room directing folks to see the front desk for an increase in A/C for the duration of their work out.
