1. You have to give at least 20 min notice when you want your car (fair enough) and we gave our notice in plenty of time for the check out.

4. We saw several people check out late with no problem, and I've read reviews of people being allowed late check out, so perhaps it was our fault for not asking earlier in our stay.

5. Our only glitches came at the end of our stay as we asked for a late check out the morning of our departure, and we weren't allowed.

7. One negative incident to note is that I asked if I could extend the checkout one hour and this lady on the phone from the front desk rudely responded that it wasn't possible and that they would send someone up to the room to get us out if we were not at the front desk by the check out time.

9. Used the $15 self parking round the corner, they give you a pass to get in and out, then you pay for it when you check out.

10. The hotel is an original art deco hotel on Ocean Drive right opposite the beach and has been highlighted as the best example of an art deco hotel in the area (just check out the miami guides).
