1. We missed the shuttle since it was not clearly marked, the Holiday Inn Express sign was small and almost on the back of the van.

2. No workout room or pooland we waited for the Airport Shuttle for an hour and it never came,we ended up getting on the wrong shuttle but it was nice enough to take us to the right hotel.
